Aerosol realism
Growing up between canvas and facade, graffiti was their school and life in the Spree metropolis their inspiration. For 2 decades, Innerfields have been painting more than 20 murals a year internationally, constantly changing the look of our planet.
The central theme of Innerfields is interpersonal interaction in a digital age, in which the use of modern communication media sometimes produces crude blossoms. Around the world, the duo process motifs that occupy them personally in large-format wall paintings as well as in filigree, realistic paintings on coarse natural linen, dissolving the boundary between art and graffiti, between naturalism and surrealism.
Weissflog and Bardou studied surface design at the Kunsthochschule Weissensee Berlin.
