EMESS
ME, MYSELF & FORNASETTI
After 3 years of continuous construction in front of his studio, Emess decided to integrate this condition into his work and literally invited the excavator drivers to a printing session to drive their paint-soaked tyre treads over his work.
In rich contrast, Emess combines these truck traces with stencilled body areas by the Italian artist and designer Fornasetti and his world-famous muse Lina Cavalieri- Brutal and beautiful at the same time.
